Torvehallerne KBH is a covered market right in the heart of Copenhagen.
It was located conveniently close to our hotel, so we would grab breakfast there or have a coffee at The Coffee Collective before further exploring the city. The glass and steel halls host a variety of vendors, so whether you’re into sushi or fish & chips, I’m sure you will find something you like here. We had breakfast at Lauras Bakery and noticed a certain amount of cinnamon in about everything they had on display (after a couple of days, we noticed this at other bakeries, too. It must be a Danish thing.). I was especially happy to sample The Coffee Collective at Torvehallerne KBH. That was certainly one of the best coffees I had in Copenhagen.
I really really want to go to Copenhagen. I missed the opportunity 2 years ago and still regret not going. But soon I hope !
