One of the first (decent) coffee bars I “discovered” in Bruges was I Love Coffee and boy, was I in for a treat.
Not only do they roast their own beans, they sure know how to prepare them as well. My advice: prepare yourself for coffee heaven. If you’re not into the coffee scene, their tea offer will have you gladly join your coffee-loving friends for a drink here.
Just as perfect as the cup of coffee you’ll be sipping here, is their interior. Think raw & edgy: brick walls, dark colors but wood accents that give a truly warm feeling to the building. Not to mention the details like the coffee group handle that is used as a door handle.
This place is described by many as the best coffee roaster in town and believe me: I’m not going to argue with them at all.
