So I found myself baking my signature chocolate cake earlier last week before heading to Ghent on Saturday. We met up with a couple of cool ladies at the Backstay Bar in Ghent, but more on that in a separate post.
The afternoon in a nutshell? Time flies, it really does. Before we even realized it, it was almost 5.30pm and time to head home! We had a couple of great talks, it’s always nice to know other bloggers’ views on blogging and learning about new blogs. We also did learn a lot about insurances (kudos to Romina), which turned out to be both frightening and interesting.
Anyway, I had a great time meeting up with you ladies! Thank you Ines for the tiramisu and Sofie for the cake we didn’t touch (sorry about that, really: today is no diet day, maybe we should reschedule the #twaartup next time?), and Britta, Liesbeth, Claire and Romina for the company. And of course, hostess Katrien for organizing all of this and inviting us along for a wonderful afternoon!
