It’s basically a lightweight, hydrating eye cream that promises to banish dark circles, offering immediate brightening around the eye using the Translucent Optics Technology. The sheer-tinted formula visibly reduces dark circles by 30% in 12 weeks. Applying the eye cream is a breeze using the cooling massage tip.
