Yesterday, the oh so sad news reached us that dear Miranda Hart has decided not to continue her self-titled BBC sitcom Miranda (read the news report here). All that’s left for us are two Christmas specials and then the curtain falls over one of my favorite series ever.
I am deeply saddened by this news and I guess there’s no better way to cope with it then to surf the web and look back at my favorite Miranda moments, which I’m happy to share with you today.
If you don’t know the show, it might give you an idea what it is all about. All I can say, is that it is brilliant and that I adore this woman! I couldn’t find my favorite scene on YouTube though, so I would suggest you go out and buy all three series, or series two if you really have to choose (that one includes my favorite episode). Episode one of series two has Miranda got stuck in a conveyor belt at a sushi restaurant, it is brilliant and hilarious at the same time.
I’m already counting down the weeks until I get my hands on that tour dvd of hers that has the possibility of me being featured in the behind-the-scenes part (read up on that one here). Also, Christmas can’t be here soon enough this year (Christmas specials, remember?).
