Last Saturday I was invited by the kind people of Walkie Talkie and Danone to attend the launch of #myvitabreak.
During the month of November a group of bloggers, including me, will help in guiding you towards a more healthy lifestyle.
The goal to do this is by implementing a couple of life hacks into our daily routine, accompanied by a jar of Vitalinea Plus now and then (naturally).
Continue to learn all about this by clicking the link below!
The launch took place at CoffeeLabs in Antwerp where we were treated to a delicious, but healthy lunch (still have to find a way to get a hold of that recipe). We also got some more information about the Vitalinea Plus product line and the idea behind #myvitabreak. After gathering all this information we got the chance to attend two workshops.
The smartphone photography workshop by Vicky Bogaert learned us all the tips and tricks to step up our Instagram game. I’ve been into smartphone photography for quite some time but I have to admit: Vicky really had something to add to that. If you’re an avid smartphone photographer, Vicky organizes these workshops on a regular basis. If you’re more into books, she also has a book out called Iedereen Smartphonefotograaf (sadly, only in Dutch).
The second workshop had us learn all about how to use movement to tackle things like neck pain, back pain,… all brought to us by Leander from Leander Personal Training. I’ll be sure to share some of his secrets on the blog next month (they are so easy yet effective).
By the time the event had come to an end we were handed our #myvitabreak survival kit which has all the tools to help us and you towards a more healthy lifestyle. I cannot wait to open each bag (there are four of them!) every week and share my tips on both the blog and Instagram.
Stay tuned and if you want to join in on the fun, don’t forget to use that #myvitabreak hashtag! I’m very excited about this and surely hope you are, too!
Many thanks to Walkie Talkie and Danone for making me part of this blogger team!
Sounds interesting! And the food on the photos sure looks yummy…
It was definitely interesting and the food was indeed delicious!
