What started out with purchasing a pack of MT masking tape on Etsy a long time ago, resulted in, well let’s be honest, an abundance of masking tapes. I even carry a roll in my handbag. You know… if I want to put something up on my wall at work.
That said, using masking tape to put things up on the wall, is just one of the many things I use these for. They are excellent to use in decorating and gift wrapping as well.
Just head over to Pinterest and I’m sure you’ll find an idea that suits you.
I won’t count the number of rolls I have so far, but I think you pretty much have an idea by looking at the photos (note: not all my rolls are included in the mason jar…).
I’m so happy that both IKEA and Hema started to carry these as well. Unfortunately, every time I go shopping, I stumble onto a roll I don’t have yet and you have one shot at to guess what happens next in that scenario…

(the masking tape rolls in the first two pictures were purchased at Byttebier, but I get most of them through Etsy, IKEA or Hema).

  1. I have a masking tape addiction too! It started when we went to Japan last year — they have the most amazing crafts stores with tons and tons of options. I don’t really need them but I love collecting them, lol. Luckily it’s almost the holidays and I plan to use them for wrapping presents!
